- 年俸3,000,000円〜4,200,000円
- 5 days a week in shifts of 8 hours out of 9:00-20:00 ((1) 9:00~18:00 / (2) 11:00~20:00) *Shifts include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, GW, etc. *Overtime: 10-20 hours per month. (Shift work is basically not required due to the shift work. *During training (approx. 3 months), you will only work weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00. *In principle, you will be required to come to work.

Provides customer success support for clients' SaaS products.
Responds to user enquiries via telephone, chat and email. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the SaaS implementation company by not only providing answers, but also understanding the true needs of the user and making the most suitable proposal from a wide range of products.

応募資格
- ・At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, etc. (or long-term internship experience for new graduates). ・Japanese language skills at business level. ・The candidate must be able to read, write and speak Japanese clearly, concisely and fluently. ・English skills business level (TOEIC 800 points) or equivalent (fast reading comprehension) ・Business PC skills, IT literacy: touch typing, business emails, Excel, PPT, Word (creation and input), IT and internet literacy to the extent that you can research and use them yourself. ・Experience in data analysis and numerical management, call centre experience, team management and experience as a trainer are welcome. 【People to look for】 ・The ability to tackle complex issues with logical thinking. ・The ability to deal with complex issues with a logical mindset. ・You are interested in technology and passionate about improving the customer experience. ・You share our mission and find our customers' successes enjoyable and rewarding.

- シフト制2 days off per week. Paid leave (can be taken in increments of one day, half a day or an hour).
